Under GDPR and other data protection regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We are committed to processing these requests promptly and transparently.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Self-Service (Immediate)

  1. Log into your CYBERBUDDIES dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account Settings
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your password
  5. Your data will be immediately deleted

Processing Time: Immediate

Method 2: Email Request

  1. Send an email to: info@cyberbuddiessolutions.com
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Specify "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  4. We'll verify your identity and process the request

Processing Time: Within 30 days
